If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request via the website within 3 days from the delivery date. 

Conditions for Returns 

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. 
  • The product must include the original tags, user manuals, freebies, Invoice and accessories. 
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Morzaa packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.

Valid Reasons to Return any Product 

A product may be returned if it meets any of the following conditions: 

Damaged or DefectiveProduct received with physical damage, broken parts, or malfunctioning/not working as intended 

Incomplete: The product is missing items or accessories that were supposed to be included. 

Incorrect Item: The delivered product is different from what was ordered (wrong product, size, color), counterfeit, or expired. 

Mismatch with Description: The product does not match its advertised description or images. 

Unsuitable FitProduct size, style, or specifications do not match the customer’s requirements or personal fit. 


Refunds

If paid via card, bKash, Nagad, or other electronic methods, the refund will be processed to your original payment source within 7 working days. 

If paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be returned instantly.
